Recipe makes 8 Servings

6 Oz H-E-B Fully Cooked Chicken Strips or Fajitas
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 H-E-B Fajita Vegetables
2 Tsp H-E-B Texas Originals Chicken Fajita Spice Blend
1 large whole wheat thin crispy pizza crust
1 cup(s) H-E-B Traditional Pizza Sauce
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese, divided use

Heat gas grill or build a charcoal fire.
In the meantime, heat chicken according to package directions.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add vegetables and seasoning; sauté 5 minutes or until tender.
Spray pizza crust on both sides with non-stick cooking spray.
Heat crust on grill 1-2 minutes per side.
Transfer crust to a pizza pan or baking sheet.
Spread 3/4-1 cup pizza sauce over crust and sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. Layer chicken, vegetables, and remaining cheese over top.
Return to grill and close lid, cook 10 minutes or until toppings are hot and cheese melts.
