Grilled Apple, Ham & Brie Sandwich

Recipe makes 4 Servings

4 Naan bread
4 Tbsp H-E-B Sweet Jalapeño Pepper Toppers
6 Oz double cream Brie
1/2 Lb H-E-B Post Oak Smoked Ham, thinly sliced
1 Kanzi apple, (or other sweet/tart apple) very thinly sliced
2 Tbsp salted butter

Preheat an empty skillet over medium heat.
Cut Naan bread into quarters. Spread Naan with a thin layer of jalapeño pepper topper.
Slice Brie into long, thin slices. Layer Brie, ham and apple onto bread. Top with another layer of brie and top with another quarter of Naan bread.
Lightly butter outer surface of Naan bread and toast in skillet on both sides until bread is golden brown and Brie is melty, about 3 to 4 minutes each side. Cover with a lid or piece of foil after flipping over to help cheese melt.
