Grilled Ahi with Red Chili Mustard

Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 ahi tuna steaks, completely thawed
2 Tbsp Four J Grilled Scallion Mustard
1/4 cup(s) tamari
1 Tbsp black sesame seeds
1/4 cup(s) Sambal Oelek Ground Fresh Chili Paste
2 Tbsp La Tourangelle Toasted Sesame Oil

Instructions

Preheat grill to 350°F to 375°F for medium heat.

In a small bowl, combine mustard, soy sauce, black sesame seeds and chili paste and mix well. Set aside.

Brush tuna steaks with about a teaspoon of toasted sesame oil on each side and spray grill with a liberal amount of non-stick spray so tuna won't stick to the grill.

Grill steaks 2 to 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness. (For well done there should still be some pink left in the center.)

Rest tuna before serving with red chili mustard.

Chef's Note: Soy sauce can be substituted for tamari.
