1 refrigerated 9" pie crust
1 cup(s) 1% milk
8 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup(s) 2% shredded cheddar cheese
1 Lb frozen spinach, thawed & drained
3 low sodium ham slices

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Unroll pie dough into a 9-inch pan and press down firmly.

Poke holes in the bottom crust with a fork.

Place pie pan with uncooked dough on a baking sheet (to make it easier to handle).

In a large bowl combine all ingredients; pour mixture into crust.

Place baking sheet with filled crust in oven and bake 50 minutes or until quiche has set. Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
