12 Oz H-E-B Stir Fry Medley, prepared according to package directions
6 .8900 Oz H-E-B Green Curry pouch
2 Oz Bare Crunchy Coconut Chips
2 Oz fresh cilantro

In a medium sauce pot, empty green curry pouch and heat until it comes to a light simmer.

Once hot, layer rice and vegetables in a serving dish and spoon curry sauce over dish and garnish with coconut chips and fresh cilantro.
