Green Chili Mac 'N Cheese Casserole

Recipe makes 8 Servings

16 Oz H-E-B Farfalle Pasta
1 1/2 Lb H-E-B 93% Ground Beef, uncooked
33 Oz Texas Two-Step Tomatillo & Green Chili Stew Mix
1 Lb H-E-B Easy Melt Cheese, cubed
2 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tsp chili powder
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Heavy Whipping Cream
1 cup(s) colby jack, shredded

Heat oven to 350°F.
Coat a 3-quart baking dish with nonstick spray.
Cook pasta in boiling water according to package directions.
Meanwhile, cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat; crumble into small bits with a spoon while browning.
Place stew mix in a 3-quart saucepan and add cubed cheese, garlic and chili powder.
Slowly melt cheese over low heat until bubbly.
Stir in macaroni, beef and cream.
Transfer to baking dish.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
