Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 Tsp canola oil
1 Lb Fresh Ground Chicken Breast
1/2 cup(s) diced white onion
2 H-E-B Peeled Garlic, minced
32 Oz Central Market Organics Chicken Broth
7 Oz Hill Country Fare Diced Green Chilies, drained
2 cup(s) spinach, chopped
32 Oz H-E-B Navy Beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup(s) ground cumin
1/8 Tsp H-E-B Kosher Salt
1/8 Tsp black pepper

Instructions

Heat stockpot over medium-high heat for 3 minutes.

Add oil, ground chicken, onions and garlic to stockpot.

Cook for 5 minutes or until chicken is brown and crumbly.

Add chicken broth, chilies, spinach, navy beans and cumin.

Bring to boil then reduce heat to medium.

Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
