Recipe makes 4 Servings

4 slices H-E-B Select Ingredients Big Bread
12 Oz H-E-B Fully Cooked Shredded Chicken
3 Tbsp H-E-B Mayonesa Lime
4 Oz diced green chiles, (mild or hot- whichever you prefer)
16 Oz H-E-B Tex Mex Shredded Cheese, divided use
1/3 cup(s) fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Toast bread lightly in a toaster.
Preheat oven to 450°F. Lay toasted bread out on a foil lined baking sheet.
In a bowl mix together chicken, green chiles, half of cheese and cilantro. Divide equally among toasted bread slices. Top with remaining cheese and place in oven.
Cook for 5 to 6 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and melted.
Chef's Note: Garnish with additional cilantro and sliced avocado if desired.
