1 Lb fresh green beans, ends trimmed
2 red bell pepper, cored, seeded and sliced into thin strips
2 Tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

Cook green beans, uncovered, in a small amount of boiling water 3 to 5 minutes or until crisp tender. Drain.

Meanwhile, stir red pepper in butter over medium heat until slightly tender.
