Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 1/2 Lb green beans
2 Tsp garlic, chopped
8 Oz shiitake mushrooms
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup(s) silvered almonds
1/2 cup(s) Litehouse Sesame Ginger Dressing, Sauce & Marinade
1 Tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce Lite
11 Oz Hill Country Fare Mandarin Oranges, drained

Bring 2 1/2 quarts water to a boil in a 4-quart pot over High heat.
Add green beans; boil 3 minutes just until crisp-tender. Drain immediately and pat dry with paper towels.
Meanwhile, chop garlic. Remove and discard stems from mushrooms; cut into thin slices.
Melt butter in a large skillet over Medium-High heat; add oil and tilt skillet to coat. Then add mushrooms and almonds; stir-fry 5 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
Add garlic and green beans; stir-fry 1 minute. Next stir in vinaigrette and soy sauce until heated, then remove skillet from heat.
Drain oranges; add to skillet and toss gently to coat and serve.
