Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 non-stick cooking spray
10 1/2 Oz condensed cream of mushroom soup
3 Oz seasoned croutons
14 1/2 Oz green beans, drained
4 Oz diced pimientos, rinsed and drained
12 Oz French fried onions

Instructions

Heat oven to 425°F.

Coat a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Place soup in a small microwave safe container and cover.

Microwave the soup on high power for 1 1/2 minutes and set aside.

Place 1/2 box of croutons in a food processor and process for 10 seconds or until croutons are in coarse chunks.

Evenly spread crushed croutons in prepared baking dish.

Evenly arrange green beans over the crushed croutons.

Spread the heated cream of mushroom soup over the green beans and top with the pimientos and fried onions.

Bake the green bean casserole on the center oven rack for 15 minutes or until the soup begins to bubble. Serve hot.
