Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 lemon, juiced
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp ground allspice
1 Tsp oregano
1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
4 Tbsp traditional hummus
4 wheat hamburger buns
1/2 large cucumber, sliced
1 medium tomatoes, sliced
1 small lettuce

Preheat grill to medium.
Combine in a medium bowl lemon juice, olive oil, ground spice and oregano. Add chicken and turn so all sides are coated.
Grill chicken 3-4 minutes per side until juices run clear.
Remove from grill and place on a plate.
Split hamburger buns apart and spread with hummus.
Place chicken on the bottom bun and top with cucumber, lettuce, and tomato.
