18 .3000 Oz Hill Country Fare Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix
1/2 cup(s) vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1/4 cup(s) water
6 Oz Hill Country Fare Pecan Halves, slightly crushed
1/3 cup(s) Mi Tienda by H-E-B Cajeta Quemada, plus more as needed to drizzle
1 1/2 Tsp ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp cinnamon sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8X8-inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, prepare brownie batter according to package instructions using oil, eggs and water.
Add pecans, cajeta and cinnamon to prepared brownie batter and stir to combine.
Pour into prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle batter with cinnamon sugar then bake 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with crumbs but isn't wet with batter.
Cool about 15 minutes.
Using the back of a butter knife, poke holes across brownies about every 1 to 2 inches and about half way down into brownies (not touching bottom of baking dish.)
Drizzle additional cajeta over brownies, about 1 or 2 tablespoon. Use butter knife to evenly spread over brownies.
Cool at least 30 minutes so cajeta will soak into brownies and create a shiny glaze. Slice into 12 pieces and serve.
