Recipe makes 24 Servings

15 1/4 Oz Betty Crocker Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
24 cocktail straws
24 dental floss or fishing line, each 3 1/2 inches long
1 H-E-B Food Coloring 4 Pack, blue
12 Oz Betty Crocker Whipped Vanilla Frosting
24 Kellogg's Finding Nemo Assorted Fruit Flavored Snacks

Make cupcakes as directed on back of cake mix package with eggs and oil. Cool completely.
Stir 3 drops food coloring into frosting with spoon.
Spread cupcakes with frosting. Using metal spatula, pull up on frosting so frosting looks like waves.
Cut each coffee stirrer/straw to make one 3-inch piece.
Attach piece of dental floss to end of each straw, using needle, to look like fishing line.
Attach 1 fruit snack shape to other end of each piece of dental floss.
Place straw attached to fish in cupcake as fishing pole.
