17 .6000 Oz Racconto Organic Potato Gnocchi
9 Oz H-E-B Scampi Cooking Sauce
1 H-E-B Basil, chopped

Instructions

Place 2 quarts of water in a stock pot and bring to a boil.

Place gnocchi in pot and boil until tender.

Strain water from gnocchi and place in an oiled bowl until ready to use.

In a small saucepan heat scampi sauce and add gnocchi then toss.

Place in your desired bowl and garnish with fresh basil.
