6 Oz Baker's Premium White Chocolate Baking Bar, chopped
6 Tbsp H‑E‑B Select Ingredients Sweet Cream Salted Butter
1/4 cup(s) water
1/4 cup(s) Grandma's Original Unsulphured Molasses
1 Tsp H‑E‑B Ground Cinnamon
1 Tsp McCormick Ground Ginger
3 2/5 Oz Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
3 cup(s) H-E-B Confectioners Powdered Sugar
2 Tbsp Wilton Christmas 6-Cell Red & Green Holiday Sprinkles

Instructions

Line an 8-inch square pan with enough foil to extend over the sides (to create handles to easily remove fudge). Set aside.

Microwave white chocolate, butter, water, molasses, and spices in a large microwaveable bowl on high for 2 minutes, or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.

Add dry pudding mix, whisk for 2 minutes then add powdered sugar 1 cup at a time, stirring with a wooden spoon after each addition until well blended.

Press chocolate mixture into prepared pan. Evenly top with sprinkles then lightly press into fudge. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
