Ginger Kombucha Marinated Grilled Chicken

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 1/2 Lb Central Market Organics Air Chilled Chicken Breasts
3/4 cup(s) Central Market Organic Ginger Kombucha
1/4 cup(s) tamari or soy sauce
4 garlic cloves, smashed
1 Tbsp Sambal Oelek Chili Paste
2 Tbsp mirin

Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag.
In a bowl combine kombucha, sauce, garlic, chili paste and mirin together. Whisk to combine.
Pour marinade over chicken and refrigerate at least 2 to 4 hours. Overnight is best.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Remove chicken from marinade and shake off excess. Grill chicken 4 to 6 minutes per side, (depending on thickness) or until internal temperature of chicken reads 170ºF.
Allow chicken to rest and cut as needed for serving.
