Ginger And Garlic Marinated Pork Tenderloins

2/3 cup(s) Kikkoman Soy Sauce Lite
2/3 cup(s) Routas Wild Boar White Wine
1 green onions, chopped, including half of green tops
6 H-E-B Peeled Garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp ginger, peeled and grated
1 Tsp Morton & Bassett Coarse Ground Pepper
2 Lb pork tenderloins

Combine marinade ingredients in a 1-gallon sealable plastic bag.
Add pork; seal bag and turn to coat. Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours; turn bag occasionally.
Arrange charcoal on one side of grill and heat 20 minutes.
Sear pork directly over heat 5-7 minutes; turn to sear all sides. Move pork to cool side of grill and close lid.
Cook 20-30 minutes, or until internal temperature in pork center reaches 150°F for medium doneness.
For grilling, maintain air temperature in grill chamber between 375-400°F during cooking.
Remove pork from heat and let stand 10 minutes before carving into thin slices. Pork should have a light pink blush in center.
