Ginger and Garlic Chicken Lo Mein

16 Oz Lo Mein
2 Tbsp Spectrum Naturals Toasted Unrefined Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp grapeseed oil
1/2 cup(s) green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp ginger, peeled and minced
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Lemon Pepper Rotisserie Chicken, pulled off the bone and chopped
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
2 Tbsp cilantro, roughly chopped
2 Tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1 Tsp lime, juiced

Cook noodles according to package directions and set aside. Mix with 1 tablespoon sesame oil to prevent noodles from sticking.
In a large sauté pan, add remaining sesame oil and grapeseed oil and allow it to get hot.
Add in green onions, ginger and chicken and stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes, then add chopped garlic and stir-fry an additional minute.
Add cooked noodles and cilantro and to pan and toss to coat. Remove from heat.
Pour in soy sauce and toss to coat.
Season with the lime juice.
