6 cup(s) Napa cabbage, shredded
4 Oz snow peas
1/2 cup(s) red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup(s) Hengstenberg Cornichons, chopped
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
2 cup(s) La Choy Chow Mein Noodles, crisp
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B White Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp ginger, grated

Instructions

Cut cabbage in half and remove core. Slice cabbage very thinly to shred.

Pull and discard strings from snow peas; cut in half, lengthwise. Chop red onion and pickle.

Toss cabbage, snow peas, onion, pickle, sesame seeds and noodles in a large bowl; set aside.

Combine vinegar, oil, sugar and ginger root for dressing in a small bowl. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat and combine.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for later serving time.
