General Tso's Stir Fry Jicama Wraps

Recipe makes 2 Servings

1 Tbsp canola oil
1/2 Lb chicken for stir fry
12 3/4 Oz H-E-B General Tso's Stir Fry Kit
2/5 cup(s) green onions, finely chopped
1 pkg jicama tortillas

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add oil and chicken to pan. Sauté 1 minute.
Dump vegetables from stir fry kit onto chopping board and roughly chop to smaller pieces.
Add to pan and toss gently. Stir and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, depending on desired crispness of vegetables.
Remove from heat and add sauce packet from stir fry kit and green onions. Stir to coat with sauce.
Lay jicama tortillas out on a flat working surface.
Working with one wrap at a time, add a spoonful cooked stir fry to the center of each tortilla.
Roll and place on a serving plate, seam side down.
Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
