Recipe makes 12 Servings

1 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp crushed red pepper
1 Tsp garlic, minced
1/4 cup(s) shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
4 large tomato, sliced 1/2-inch thick
1/3 cup(s) fresh Italian parsley
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Reduced Fat Feta Cheese

Charcoal or Gas Grill: Prepare grill and line a baking sheet with foil; set aside.
Combine salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper, garlic, Parmesan cheese and olive oil on a small plate or bowl.
Brush tomato slices on each side with olive oil mixture and place on prepared baking sheet.
Grill tomato slices 3 minutes on each side, arrange on a platter and sprinkle with chopped parsley and crumbled cheese.
