Recipe makes 10 Servings

2 cup(s) H-E-B Ode to Olives
1 small lemon
3 garlic cloves, minced finely
1/4 cup(s) Pons Extra Virgin Loive Oil with Rosemary
1 Tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar

Place olives in a container and fill with cold water. Let olives sit for 1 hour, then drain and dry them completely.
Peel lemon skin with a vegetable peeler being careful not to take any of the white lemon pith with it. Peel only the top yellow portion. Thinly slice lemon peel and set aside.
Place rinsed olives in a container along with garlic, olive oil, red pepper flakes, lemon peels and red wine vinegar.
Toss to coat and marinate olives at least 1 hour in the refrigerator or longer to develop a more intense flavor.
Serve as an appetizer on its own or add to salads.
