Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces and seasoned with salt & pepper, if desired
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 medium yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 cup(s) small broccoli florets
1 package of Knorr Creamy Chicken Flavor Rice Sides
1/2 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp fresh basil leaves, chopped & divided

Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium-high and cook chicken, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked, about 4 minutes. Add garlic during last 30 seconds of cook time. Set aside.
Cook yellow peppers, broccoli, and Knorr Rice Sides in same skillet according to package directions.
Stir in chicken, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and 2 tablespoons basil.
Top with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and 1 tablespoon basil.
