Garden Greens with Pears & Walnuts

Recipe makes 8 Servings

2 lemon, juiced
1 cup(s) water
4 pear, bosc, cored and sliced thin
8 Oz H-E-B Garden Salad
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Shredded Asiago Cheese
1/2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Walnut Halves and Pieces
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp Central Market Organic 100% Pomegranate Juice
1/2 Tsp Dijon mustard

Combine the lemon juice and water in a large mixing bowl.
Dip the pear slices in the lemon water and allow to dry on paper towel.
Place salad into a large bowl and layer with the pears, Asiago cheese and walnuts.
Cover salad with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
Combine the olive oil, pomegranate juice and Dijon mustard in small bottle with lid.
Shake the dressing and toss into the salad before serving.
