Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Vegetable oil no stick cooking spray
14 Oz New French Bakery Artisan Pizza Dough, formed into a 16-inch crust
2 Tsp Extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp Fresh basil, chopped
8 Oz Shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 large Roma tomatoes, thin sliced
1 cup(s) Mushrooms, stems and pieces, drained
1 cup(s) Sliced pimentos
2 1/4 Oz Sliced black olives, drained

Instructions

Heat oven to 450°F.

Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Place pizza crust on the pan and brush with olive oil, then sprinkle with basil leaves.

Top pizza crust with 1/2 cup shredded cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, pimientos, olives and remaining cheese.

Bake pizza on lower oven rack 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese bubbles and begins to brown.
