Garden Fresh Veggie Pizza

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 non-stick cooking spray
1 pizza dough ready to use, formed into 16" pizza crust
2 Tsp extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp basil, chopped
8 Oz mozzarella, shredded
2 large roma tomato, sliced thin
1 cup(s) mushrooms stems and pieces, drained
1 cup(s) sliced pimentos
2 1/4 Oz sliced black olives, drained

Heat oven to 450°F.
Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Place pizza crust on the pan and brush with olive oil, then sprinkle with basil leaves.
Top pizza crust with 1/2 cup shredded cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, pimientos, olives and remaining cheese.
Bake pizza on lower oven rack 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese bubbles and begins to brown.
