8 Oz Neufchatel cream cheese (low fat)
1 cup(s) H-E-B Spinach Artichoke Dip
8 Oz light sour cream
2 large eggs
1/2 Tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup(s) green onions, finely diced
1 Tsp fresh garlic, finely chopped
1 cup(s) shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
2 cup(s) baby spinach, very finely chopped and packed into measuring cup
1 1/2 cup(s) panko bread crumbs
3 Tbsp salted butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Place cream cheese in a large microwaveable bowl and heat on full power 30 seconds, just enough to soften slightly.
Add dip, sour cream, eggs, nutmeg, onions, eggs, and garlic to cream cheese. Beat with an electric hand mixer until smooth. Gently fold in mozzarella and spinach until well incorporated.
Place bread crumbs in a bowl and drizzle with melted butter evenly.
Press bread crumbs firmly into an 8-inch round spring form pan to form a crust.
Pour in cream cheese mixture and gently spread evenly over crust.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until cheesecake is set and lightly brown around edges.
Remove cheesecake from oven and rest 1/2 hour. Release from pan and serve.
