1 Lb H-E-B Bakery Sourdough Bread Loaf, round or square
10 Oz sliced H‑E‑B Smoked Cheddar with Bacon Cheese, divided use
8 Oz H‑E‑B Reserve Slow Roasted Turkey Breast
8 Oz H‑E‑B Reserve Roast Beef
8 Oz H‑E‑B Reserve Black Forest Ham
5 slices H-E-B Chop House Bacon, cooked until crispy and chopped, reserve 1 Tbsp. rendered fat
2 cup(s) Central Market Organics Arugula
1/2 tomato, sliced
1/3 cup(s) H-E-B Sandwich Spread Guacamole

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place entire loaf of bread on a cutting board. Place your hand on top and carefully slice about 2-inches off the top of the bread.

Remove the interior of the loaf, leaving about a 1/2-inch thick shell. Place your hand inside the shell and press bread down throughout the entire loaf.

Layer 5 slices of cheddar cheese, and all of the turkey, roast beef, ham, and chopped bacon inside the hollowed out loaf. Add remaining cheddar cheese, press down, then add sliced off top of bread.

Wrap sandwich in foil, place in a cast iron skillet and set in oven. Place another cast iron skillet (or heavy oven-safe pan) on top of sandwich to press it down.

Bake 30 minutes then remove from oven and return to cutting board.

Sauté arugula in reserved rendered bacon fat for a few seconds over high heat, just until wilted.

Set cast iron (weights) aside, unwrap sandwich, and set foil aside. Carefully remove bread lid, slicing with a knife if necessary, and layer in arugula and tomato slices. Spread guacamole on inside of lid and place back on sandwich.

Rewrap sandwich in foil, return to cast iron skillet and place weight back on top of sandwich. Set aside on counter at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
