Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Oz salted butter
16 slices country white bread
8 American sliced cheese
3/4 Lb H‑E‑B Prime 1 Beef Ground Chuck Slider 80% Lean
2 Oz Thousand Island Dressing

In a large sauté pan, melt butter and place up to 4 bread slices in pan. Top each piece of bread with a slice of cheese and second slice of bread. Cook until browned, then flip and brown other side, add butter as needed.
Continue until all bread and cheese is used to create 8 grilled cheeses (bread) for the sliders. Set grilled cheeses aside and keep warm.
In a second pan over medium-high heat, grill sliders about 3 minutes per side or until fulled cooked and browned.
Place a grilled cheese on a plate and top with a burger, Thousand Island Dressing and second grilled cheese.
