Recipe makes 24 Servings

1/2 cup(s) Greek vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup(s) goat cheese
1/2 cup(s) fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
12 glazed donuts, cut in half
2 large mangos, peeled and thinly sliced
1 Lb fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
1 cup(s) fresh basil leaves, torn

In a food processor add yogurt, goat cheese, and pineapple. Pulse until smooth, place into a container and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Spread pineapple cheese sauce on bottom half of each donut and layer with mangos, strawberries and basil. Add donut top, cut in half and serve.
