Recipe makes 4 Servings

1/2 cup(s) heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup(s) powdered sugar, plus more for garnishing
1 Tsp vanilla extract
1/4 Tsp kosher salt
8 Oz whipped cream cheese
1 1/4 cup(s) Central Market Pure Butter Shortbread, crushed finely, plus more as needed for garnish
1 Pt Central Market Lemon Creme Rosemary Shortbread Crumble Ice Cream, scooped as needed

In a bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, sugar, vanilla, salt and cream cheese. Whip until creamy and stiff peaks form.
Set four 6 ounce (approximately) glasses onto a tray. Add a spoonful of crushed cookie to bottom of each glass.
On top of crushed cookie, add a scoop of lemon cookie ice cream, then cover ice cream with just enough of the cream cheese mixture to fill to top of glass.
Garnish with more crushed cookies and dust with powdered sugar.
Repeat process for each additional trifle. Eat immediately or freeze for a frozen treat later.
