1 Pt Swoon By H-E-B Banana S'mores Ice Cream
1 large ripe banana
6 small mini graham cracker pie crusts, (can also use 1 regular small 6 oz. pie crust)
4 Oz dessert whipped topping
1 Oz semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely grated or chopped

Remove ice cream from freezer and allow to soften for 5 to 10 minutes on the counter.
Slice banana in half the long way, then in small bite sized pieces. Layer banana into the bottom half of mini graham cracker crust pie shells.
Divide softened ice cream equally among pie shells on top of banana layer. Return to freezer to harden for 20 minutes.
Top with whipped topping and chocolate shavings and serve immediately.
