1 Pt Swoon by H-E-B Banana S'mores Ice Cream
3 medium bananas
10 taco shells
5 Oz Ghirardelli Chocolate Dark Melting Wafers
1/2 cup(s) roasted salted peanuts, finely chopped

Remove ice cream from freezer and allow to soften at room temperature for 5 minutes while slicing bananas.
Slice bananas into small bite-sized pieces and put about 1/4 banana into each taco shell.
Using a knife, slice wedges from ice cream and place gently in 1 taco shell (careful, it will break easily).
Fill just to edges and place back in the freezer on a cookie sheet or plate to re-freeze. Repeat with remaining taco shells.
While ice cream is hardening, melt chocolate in a microwaveable bowl in 30 second increments, stirring in-between until smooth.
Using a spoon, drizzle tacos with melted chocolate and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Return to freezer.
Serve when frozen hard (about 30 minutes).
Chef's Note: If making ahead, cover with plastic or seal in re-sealable sandwich bags until ready to serve or up to 2 weeks.
