12 Oz Central Market All Natural Ravioli, frozen
12 Oz Orti Di Calabra Pasta Sauce
2 cup(s) vegetable oil
2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Italian Bread Crumbs
3 eggs
1/2 cup(s) Zerto Grana Padano Export

Instructions

Thaw pasta to room temperature. Pat dry with paper towels.

Heat 1/2 jar of pasta sauce in a small sauce pan or in a microwaveable dish.

Pour oil into a large, deep skillet to reach a 1/2-inch depth; heat over Medium-High heat to a temperature of 360°F.

Place bread crumbs in a large, shallow bowl.

Whisk eggs together in a separate bowl.

Dip pasta in egg and then dredge in bread crumbs.

Fry pasta in 2 separate batches, about 2 minutes per side or until golden brown.

Drain on paper towels.
