Friday Night Lights Pulled Pork Sliders

12 H-E-B Aloha Rolls
1 Tbsp olive oil
16 Oz H-E-B Fully Cooked Pork Carnitas
1/2 cup(s) Food Truck Fusion Friday Night Lights Sauce
1/4 cup(s) fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 cup(s) red cabbage, finely shredded
8 Oz habanero jack cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Remove rolls from package, do not separate. Using a long serrated knife cut rolls in half horizontally across the middle to make slider buns. Place bottom half of rolls in a 9" X 13" baking pan.

Place a skillet over medium heat. Add oil and carnitas to pan. Stir to break apart and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, just to heat through.

Remove from heat. Stir sauce and cilantro through pork.

Scatter red cabbage over bottom half of slider buns. Spoon pork mixture evenly on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Place in oven, and cook for 5 minutes, just to heat through and melt cheese slightly.

Add top of slider buns and return to oven for 5 more minutes to toast tops.

Chef's Note: Makes a great game day snack or a quick dinner. Can also be made with H-E-B Fully Cooked Chicken.
