Fresh White Mushrooms With Herbs

Recipe makes 2 Servings

2 Tbsp 100% pure olive oil
2 1/2 cup(s) mushrooms, halved, quartered or cut in 1/4-inch thick slices
1/2 cup(s) white onion, chopped
1 Tsp garlic, minced
1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
1/4 Tsp terragon leaves
1/2 Tsp salt
1/8 Tsp black pepper

In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil until hot.
Add mushrooms and onion.
Stirring constantly, cook mushrooms 5 minutes or until golden.
Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant; about 30 seconds.
Add parsley, tarragon, salt and black pepper.
Cook 1 minute, stirring and coating mushrooms with herbs.
