1/2 cup(s) Duke's Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp champagne vinegar
1 Tsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp shallot, very finely diced
1 Tsp capers, finely diced
1 Tsp serrano pepper, seeded and finely diced
2 Tbsp Byers' Best Mild Pickled Green Beans, finely diced
1/4 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp white pepper

In a glass or ceramic bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, shallots, capers, serrano pepper and pickled green beans. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper if desired.
