2 large eggs
1/4 cup(s) low fat cultured 1% buttermilk
1/4 Tsp ground cinnamon
4 Tsp H-E-B Chocolate Syrup, reserve 1 Tbsp
1/4 Tsp pure vanilla extract
8 H-E-B Bare Bread Crustless Wheat Bread
1 non-stick cooking spray
1/4 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Light Dessert Topping
1 cup(s) H-E-B Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt

Heat a griddle to medium-low heat.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, buttermilk, cinnamon, 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup and vanilla, then set aside.
Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out the center of each slice of bread.
Spray griddle with non-stick cooking spray; dip bread slices and hearts in egg mixture, then cook about 3 minutes on each side, until toasted.
Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl, gently fold together dessert topping, Greek yogurt and 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup until well combined; set aside.
To serve, place 1/4 chocolate yogurt mixture in the center of 1 bread slice, and top with a cutout heart; sprinkle plate with 1/2 cup fresh raspberries.
