Flyin' Saucy Buffalo Sliders

Recipe makes 12 Servings

2 Lb thinly sliced chicken breast
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Flyin' Saucy Wing Sauce, mild
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 1/2 cup(s) buttermilk, divided use
12 fl oz Free Tail Soul Doubt IPA
1/4 cup(s) blue cheese crumbles
1/2 cup(s) sour cream
1 garlic clove
1 shallot, peeled and roughly chopped
12 slider buns
2 cup(s) shredded lettuce
1 cup(s) tomatoes, chopped

Preheat grill to 375°F.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, Flyin' Saucy Wing Sauce and Soul Doubt IPA. Mix well, cover and refrigerate 20 minutes to 8 hours.
Remove chicken from the marinade and shake off any residual liquid.
Place on grill and cook 4 minutes per side.
Meanwhile in a small bowl, combine blue cheese, sour cream, Dijon mustard, garlic, shallot and buttermilk.
Flip chicken and cook other side for an additional 4 minutes. Remove chicken from grill and slice into thin strips.
To build the burger, spoon a generous amount of blue cheese dressing on both sides of the bun, then place patty on bun and top with lettuce and tomato.
