Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 rack St. Louis Ribs, cut in half
2 Tbsp Adams Reserve Chipotle Five Spice Rub
1/4 cup(s) soy sauce
1 cup(s) saké
1 Instant Pot Duo

Place ribs, rub, soy sauce, and saké together in a resealable bag and marinate for 30 minutes.
Transfer ribs and marinade into a pressure cooker.
Place lid on pressure cooker and lock tight, set on high setting.
Cook for 30 minutes then turn off heat, and sit for at least 10 minutes, turn pressure release valve to release pressure carefully.
Remove lid carefully, place ribs on serving plate. Season to taste and serve with your favorite Asian inspired BBQ sauce.
