Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 Tbsp McCormick Paprika
1/2 Tbsp Central Market Organics Ground Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Tsp ground cumin
1/2 Tsp Central Market Organics Ground Black Pepper
1/4 cup(s) light brown sugar
1 Tbsp Central Market Organics Garlic, minced
1 cup(s) Central Market Crushed Tomatoes
2 1/2 Lb Gulf Shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 bamboo skewers, soaked in water

Combine rub ingredients: paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, black pepper, brown sugar and garlic in a small bowl.
Measure 1/2 of rub into another bowl and add tomatoes. Set aside.
Heat gas or charcoal grill to 400°F.
Line baking sheet with foil and top with grilling mesh sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Sprinkle shrimp with remaining rub and thread 6 shrimp on each skewer and place on prepared mesh.
Spray shrimp with nonstick cooking spray and grill for 2 1/2 minutes on each side.
Serve shrimp with firecracker tomato sauce.
