Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 large Large Hass avocado
2 Tbsp H-E-B 100% Pure Olive Oil
1 Tbsp H-E-B Fajita Seasoning
2 H-E-B Seasoned Cilantro Lime Chicken Breasts
16 Oz H-E-B Roasted Taqueria Salsa
1 cup(s) H-E-B Cheddar Cheese

Place olive oil in a small bowl.
Dip avocado halves in olive oil.
Sprinkle avocados with fajita seasoning and place on a sheet pan.
Heat coals or grill to medium heat (375°F). Brush hot grill with olive oil.
Grill chicken breast according to package directions and slice thin.
Grill avocados on cut side for 4 minutes.
Turn avocados over and top with sliced chicken, salsa and shredded cheese.
Let avocados grill for 4 more minutes until cheese melts.
