8 Hill Country Fare Catfish Fillets, thawed
1 Tbsp H-E-B Fajita Seasoning
1 lemon, juiced
1 roma tomato, chopped
1/2 cup(s) white onion, chopped
1/4 cup(s) fresh cilantro, chopped

Heat oven to 450°F.

Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

Sprinkle both sides of thawed Hill Country Fare Catfish Fillets with fajita seasoning mix and arrange on prepared baking sheet; set aside.

Combine lemon juice, tomato, onion and cilantro in a small bowl.

Season tomato mixture with salt and pepper, then evenly divide tomato mixture over seasoned fish fillets.

Bake on center oven rack for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
