5 Oz Central Market Organics Herb Garden Spring Mix
1 cup(s) strawberries, sliced
1 cup(s) whole raspberries
1 cup(s) whole blackberries
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Honey Goat Cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup(s) strawberries, sliced
2 Tbsp chives, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2 Tbsp Central Market Organics Lemon Infused Olive Oil
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 cup(s) fresh raspberries
1 Tbsp Burleson's Orange Blossom Honey

Layer salad ingredients in a platter or bowl and over with plastic wrap and chill until ready to toss and serve.
To make Lemon Raspberry Vinaigrette, combine olive oil, lemon juice, raspberries, blossom honey and 1/4 cup water in a blender or food processor and process 30 seconds.
Strain mixture to remove seeds and place in a salad dressing jar or cruet.
Pour over salad before serving.
