Fettuccine Alfredo With Smoked Salmon

Recipe makes 4 Servings

4 1/2 Oz H-E-B Original Hot Smoked Salmon, thawed
10 Oz H-E-B Light Alfredo Sauce
9 Oz Pasta Fresh Fettuccine
2 Tsp grated parmesan cheese

Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil in a 4 to 5-quart pot over high heat to cook pasta.
Remove skin from salmon and put salmon in a 1-quart saucepan and flake apart with a fork.
Pour Alfredo sauce over salmon and warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally. When sauce boils, remove from heat and cover to keep warm.
Boil pasta for 2 minutes or until al dente. Drain thoroughly.
Return pasta to cooking pot and toss with sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve immediately.
