Recipe makes 18 Servings

3 H-E-B Fully Cooked Fully Fit Chicken Breasts, thawed
15 1/2 Oz extra virgin olive oil
14 1/2 Oz H-E-B Mexican Style Diced Tomatoes, drained
18 frozen broccoli florets
8 Oz avocado, chopped

Thin slice the chicken breast and set aside.
Heat skillet over high heat for 1 minute. Spray hot skillet with olive oil no-stick spray.
Add sliced chicken, beans and diced tomatoes then stir-fry for 2 minute and reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes.
Heat taco shells according to package instructions.
Fill each shell with 1/4 cup chicken mixture.
Top each with 1 tablespoon chopped avocado and shredded cheese.
