2 Tbsp light brown sugar
2 Tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce Lite
1 Tbsp H-E-B Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Chili Powder
2 H-E-B White Peeled Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp H-E-B Hot Sauce Crinkle Kettle
32 Oz Bratwurst Link

Combine beer, brown sugar, soy sauce, mustard, chili powder, garlic and hot pepper sauce in a small bowl.
Place brats in shallow baking dish and cover with marinade.
Cover brats and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Remove brats from marinade and grill over medium-hot heat (375° F) about 4 minutes. Turn and grill until done, about 3-4 minutes more.
