Recipe makes 8 Servings

1/4 Oz Fleisch Pizza Yeast
1 cup(s) warm water, 100°F
2 Tbsp H-E-B Pure Cane Sugar
1 cup(s) olive oil
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Baker's Scoop Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Yellow Cornmeal
3 Tbsp H-E-B Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp sugar

Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar. Set aside 5 minutes.
Combine bread flour, whole wheat flour, yellow cornmeal, olive oil and kosher salt in a large mixing bowl and mix with hands until dough forms. If too sticky, add additional flour 2 tablespoons at a time.
Knead dough on floured surface with your hands 2 minutes.
Spray large bowl with nonstick cooking spray and transfer dough to bowl.
Spray top of dough with nonstick cooking spray and cover bowl with plastic wrap.
Place in a warm place, away from drafts, and let rise 30 minutes.
