Recipe makes 4 Servings

10 Oz canola oil
1 large tomato, chopped
4 cup(s) round tortilla chips, lightly crushed
12 Oz H-E-B Fully Cooked Beef Fajita, chopped
2 cup(s) H-E-B Easy Melt Cheese Loaf, shredded
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Mild Salsa Picante

In a large salad bowl, layer salad greens, tomato, tortilla chips and fajitas; set aside.
Place cheese and salsa in a small microwave-safe bowl.
Loosely cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high power for 1 1/2 minutes.
Stir, cover and microwave for 1 more minute or until salsa is smooth.
Gently toss salad and serve on dinner-size plates.
Drizzle each serving with nacho sauce.
