4 large portobello mushrooms, wiped, stems removed
1 Tbsp Mi Tienda Beef Fajita Seasoning
2 Oz unsalted butter
1 Tsp garlic, minced

Instructions

Preheat grill to 375ºF or medium-high heat.

Meanwhile, use a spoon to gently scrape mushrooms and scoop out gills from the underside. Season with fajita seasoning and allow to marinate.

Set a small stainless steel sauce pot on the grill, add butter and garlic, and stir to combine while butter melts.

Place mushrooms on grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side, depending on size and thickness, or until slightly charred and soft.

Remove to a serving dish and cover with the hot garlic butter mixture. Season to taste and serve.
